Corporate Company Policy
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to hold the date (based on approximate cost of affair)
Remaining Balance due 14 days prior to the event
Accounts not paid in 30 days subject to a 1.9% financing charge plus a $25.00 late charge
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations of events over 50 guests must be SUBMITTED IN WRITING to Bart’s Catering 90 working days prior to the original date of the event to receive a 45% refund less cost incurred.
No refund after 60 working days prior to the event. Event may be rescheduled if date is agreeable, however cost and product loss must be paid.
Guest Count
Final guest count must be received within 10 working days prior to the event. Decreases in guest count will not affect prices at this time. Two working days notice is recommended for guest count increases
General Fees
Minimum Order – All events must have a minimum order of $250.00 for food (prior to tax & serving fees) for elaborate set-ups unless other arrangements are discussed.
Credit Cards – Convenience fee of 5% for payments made by credit cards
Sales Tax - All orders are subject to 6% sales tax, unless tax-exempt number is presented
Delivery, Set-up, Pick-up, and Disposal Fees
Delivery Fee - minimum of $35.00
Delivery & Set Up Fee - minimum of $50.00
Return Fee - minimum of $25.00 (unless prearranged)
Disposal Fee - $20.00 applies to all events not served or returned. (Cost of disposable equipment)
Note: Lunch orders not scheduled for return by 2:00p.m. will be assessed a fee of $35.00
Set-up for formal affairs with use of linens, skirting, etc will be an additional $100.00 fee
Standard Fees
25% Equipment & Maintenance Fee (or a minimum of $175.00) includes the following services:
Delivery, equipment, maintenance, 1 hour set-up, 1 hour serve, & clean-up of our equipment
27% Equipment & Maintenance Fee for service beyond that described above including special linens, risers, and decorations such as mirror boxes, and Display Items
25 to 30% Equipment & Maintenance Fee for china with a minimum fee of $200.00
Venue Fees: all kitchen fees and catering fees will be added to total final invoice.

Equipment Rental
China, glassware, silverware, and linen rentals are an additional cost. Damage waiver of 10% of cost of rentals is required. Tables, chairs, skirting are client’s responsibility. Handling fees may apply.
Miscellaneous
Prices are subject to change. Quotes are subject to change after 5 business days. A minimum number of guests are required for some menus. Orders placed without two business days notice are not guaranteed unless confirmation is received. Cost per guest may reflect a proportional increase to the increased cost of food and expenses on menus quoted 6 months or more in advance.
Equipment and Food must be a reasonable distance from setup, not exceeding 50 feet or Fee could be charged.
Food left out for 2 hours or more must be examined by Caterer to determine wholesomeness and if food is okay to leave with customer.
