Spinach with Feta, Crab with Balsamic vinaigrette and Bleu Cheese
EnCroute: Beef Tenderloin with Bernaise sauce,
Chicken Cordon Bleu and Scallops with Bacon
On Horseback: Shrimp Al’Amiral and Crab Au Gratin

Honey Sesame Chicken and

and cheese, vegetarian available
En Brochette: choice of two: Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Bourbon Meatballs,
Caribbean Meatballs, or Salsa Meatballs
Bruschetta: tomato, basil, garlic and mozzarella cheese on a
roasted baguette slice
