I’m sorry that I
didn’t get back to you sooner…Life has been crazy here.

will keep you in mind in the future.
Thanks again for your hard

Bart
,
Just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful dinner last night. Having
the Sr. VP of a $20,000,000,000.00 (not a typo it's 20 billion) dollar
per year company over for dinner is a rather daunting endeavor...
You and your staff made it a very , very special occasion. He was
impressed.
Thanks again,

Bart,
Thank You !!! The event would never have happened without you. You
were outstanding. Not only was your food the most delicious I have
ever tasted, it's presentation was lovely. I want to do another event
in Pittsburgh just to work with you again!

Bart,
Thank you so very much for helping to make Becca’s dreams come
true. The wedding was everything she ever wished for – and I
believe that in her own mind, she’s probably been planning this
out for years! The tablecloth colors pulled the whole room together.
The food was out of this world. The coffees and teas were wonderful.
I just can’t say enough nice things about the work that you
and your staff did. The pasta and salad bars were also delicious.
Your staff worked very hard and they must have been exhausted by the
time everything was cleaned up on Sunday night. My husband and I were
there until about 1 a.m. still cleaning and putting things away. Early
this morning, Becca called us from Philadelphia. They were ready to
board a plane to Barbados. She was so excited!
I also wanted to thank you for giving me the tips on how to enhance
the support of my cake. If I ever have to build another cake like
that one, I will definitely add more support as you suggested. No
teacher I have ever had has ever told us in our classes to support
more than just the center. That information from you is very much
appreciated. Thank you. Anyhow, if you ever need a recommendation
for someone, don’t hesitate to use our names. We would be honored
to recommend you to anyone. Thank you one more time and please thank
you staff.

Dear
Bart and staff,
We don’t even know where to begin thanking you- everything you
touched turned to gold! The food wasn’t only delicious, it was
beautiful! From the “special” tomatoes to rolls, to the
edible centerpieces to baskets of fruit- it was nothing short of picturesque.
The dishes the food was served on – especially the heart dishes-
were the perfect added touch. We have an entire picture album devoted
to your food and presentation- thank you!

Bart,
I just realized I never did thank you personally for the catering.
Thank you so much, we really enjoyed everything and it was so nice
to just relax and enjoy for a change with friends and family. Great
friends of mine Bob and Nancy Pointon knew right away you were the
caterer we hired without my even saying anything. They really enjoy
your work as well. Thank you again for all the help and the girls
that set it all up all did a great job, everything was beautiful.
Thanks Again. Michelle Maguiar (February 20, 2006)
Dear Bart,
Thank you again so much for helping us with our naturalization party
in Historic Hanna’s Town in September.
Everything was perfect!
The food was perfect.
The arrangement of the food was perfect.
The drinks were perfect.
And you and your staff were just wonderful!
You made the event so easy for us with helping us when choosing the
menu and having all these great suggestions for an all American theme.
You sticked with the theme for decorating. You and your helpers were
there for hours and giving the most courteous and friendly assistance
to everybody. Our guests and we just loved the food.
Thank you all so much for what you did for us, especially as it was
on such a short notice.
Our party would have not been as wonderful as it was without you being
our caterer.
Everything was truly extraordinary! THANK YOU!

Bart,
Thank you so much for a wonderful time…you and your staff are
amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I am so fortunate to have found you. The food,
company, presentation and hospitality of your company did not go unnoticed
by any of our guests. Words can not truly express how amazing everything
was…you have made this time in our lives extremely easy and
memorable by all! Thanks Again! Kristin McLear (June

Dear Bart,
The reviews are in and everyone is raving!! Thank you for providing
“extraordinary” food, service, and attention to our “Monsignor
Day”. Your servers were professional, pleasant and beautiful.
They handled that incredible crowd with skill and ease and allowed
us all to enjoy ourselves.
Monsignor Curci was overwhelmed and impressed by your presentation
and is still talking about the spectacular meal that you prepared
for him ad his fellow priests following the reception. Father Bill
was also well pleased with all of the arrangements that you saw to
on our behalf.
On a personal note, I thank you for making my job easier. I never
once had any concerns about the reception that you provided. Bart,
you were attentive, available, and enthusiastic….(and ooh that
lamb!)…Thank you. I have given your cards to many people over
the past few days and I hope that you will continue to see the fruits
of your labors. I hope that we have an opportunity to work together
in the future. With sincere thanks,

BART:
Here’s the truth: I love to cook, so I never thought
I would need to hire a caterer. What for? But I decided to give it
a try. Your wonderful foods, skilled helpers, and low-key, friendly
approach were just what I asked for, and you’ve changed my thinking
about all this. I would definitely do it again. I have to wonder what
other tricks you might have up your sleeves. Big thanks for making
my party a delicious success. Rick Sebak
Dear Bart,
I am finally getting back in the groove following JD and Angie’s
wedding last Saturday. From the time they got engaged, their wedding
plans had me scrambling. They didn’t give me enough time. The
other parents not only didn’t help plan or organize, they caused
undue stress. Then my mom got ill suddenly and after a couple weeks
at the hospital, she passed away. She was my only hope in getting
help in these plans so she was desperately missed. Once I got through
the funeral arrangements I didn’t have time to get through the
grieving process.
With all that went on, I didn’t have much communication with
you about the catering prior to the wedding day. In spite of that,
you and the girls made that whole aspect of the wedding day so wonderful.
I was completely impressed with the presentation of the food, cookie
& cake tables when I arrived at the hall. Many guests commented
on how nice everything was. We got compliments on the appetizer plates.
Everyone complimented the food. One person claims it was the best
catered food she had ever had. Jesse was professional, organized,
sweet, helpful and considerate. How lucky you are to have her.
You truly have a top notch catering business. Your experience helped
guide us to make smart decisions. Your delicious recipes made it difficult
to select a menu. Your beautiful presentation adds a personal touch.
And your staff makes it all come together seamlessly. I’m glad
Angie insisted she wouldn’t have any other caterer do her wedding.
Thank you for everything.

Thank you thank you thank you for doing such a wonderful
job for Molly and Ian's wedding reception. The food was glorious,
the service was wonderful. Everything was so well organized - I don't
know how you do it. I want to know your secret of transporting cooked
pasta and keeping it from getting mushy! Everyone has been commenting
on how delicious the food was - that makes me very happy. Your food
and service was everything I had hoped for - thanks again!
